Hi! Wondering if anyone has tips for sore muscles and shins? i havent worked out this often since... high school track days. ive been pretty regular about m-f daily or twice daily workouts since the beginning of the month. much of the exercise is jogging anywhere from 2-6+ miles at a time (with breaks at first but less so now!), and this week i started to really feel the impact. opted for swimming today thinking it would be easier but after 20 laps im even more sore! help!

Let me know what you tried out. Sufficient amount of sleep and protein helps me recover quickly. At last resort, I would opt-in for a hot bath with epsom salt.
