A lot of unexpected happened this week. Quick background - I moved to NYC from NJ in September with half of my belongings. This week was my Mother's bday week so I spent a lot of time with her- which included running errands and getting the rest of my belongings.
I didn't want to make an excuse to not workout since I missed the evening classes at my gym (note: my gym is closed in the morning), so on the nights I missed class I did a 1 hour lesson with Justin which included conditioning and boxing. My boyfriend spams glute exercises with me, so my ass has been sore.
I've maintained my diet, rather than cut more since I suffered less sleep and needed the energy to finish moving, unpacking, run errands, attend meetings, and train clients. I increased my water intake - which I am extremely proud of.
For the remainder of this week, breakfast has been:
Either a 1/2 bowl of cereal or gluten-free waffles.
Snack
Homemade greek yogurt
Lunch
Bacalao fish with okra and sweet potato
Dinner
Kale stir-fry with spinach, chicken, mixed peppers, onions, quinoa, and broccoli.
