My boyfriend and I signed up for a Class Pass membership yesterday. Class Pass is an app that gives you access to gyms in your area. The first gym on our list was Tone House. We went in for the 3:30 intro class, which felt more like an advanced class. Tone House is a tough workout. Their program is designed to push your body past it's limitations - to the point where you feel like quitting. However, it's a team effort, so you have a lot of support from your fellow members.
After Tone House, we recovered at Juice Generation. I chose the Joyful Almond Smoothie and added kale. The smoothie is a blend of frozen coconut milk, frozen bananas almond milk, almond butter, dates, and cacao nibs.
My second workout was at my fight gym, Evolution Muay Thai. I completed a 1 hour BJJ class, 5 round of bagwork, and a 1 hour wrestling class.
